From the Sirens web site:

(Ad'ă-vĕn): v: 1. The natural blending of somewhat unconventional musical styles (rock and roll, Americana, honky-tonk, surfgrass) to create fun, indefinable, energetic, and original good time music. ♦ n. 1. An ever-evolving Bremerton, Washington based band formed in 2001 in the outskirts of The Red Rock Desert in northern Nevada by gambler, desert rat-gypsy-ringleader-singer and songwriter Lonewolf Ballentine. The band was put to rest in 2007 when Ballentine started up a new collaborative project called Blvd Park that formed in Sacramento, California. The super group moved to the Great Pacific Northwest after a year-long tour and landed a musicianship in Seattle, Washington. Lonewolf started yearning for his bad habits and old-edge performances when he relocated his living body to a dirty rock 'n' roll town in Kitsap County, Washington, so he restarted the group this year (2015). Currently, Ballentine is constantly playing up and down the West Coast with an Oakland cat-rockabilly upright bass player, named Julian Stocking, and surfcore lead guitar picker from Albuquerque, named Miguel Galindo, who also fronts the Echo Devils. New recordings are set for release this summer...
