Second Saturday Contra Dance in Port Townsend

2nd Saturday contra dance and 5th Saturday square dance hosted by Port Townsend Community Dance.  Live Music at every dance and all dances taught.  All levels are welcome!

The PT/PA Sister City Association band will perform for the May 14th Community Contra Dance at the Quimper Grange. Dennis Schosboek on fiddle, Otto Smith on concertina and guitar, and George Yount on harmonica and ukulele will feature familiar old fiddle tunes with spirit, a sense of humor, and style to make your feet do what needs to be done. Local favorite Jeannie Murphy will call the dance.

A dance workshop for all dancers will start at 7:30, with the dance to be held from 8-11PM.

Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for ages 3-18, free for children under 3.
