Weekly PT Dance Jam

This weekly dance experience is offered by the YMCA and led by Alana Karsch, a local expressive arts therapist and dancer. PT Dance Jam is a freestyle dance without instructions or "moves" to learn. Recorded music is eclectic and varies in tempos to allow your body time to warm up, cool down, and everything in between! No dance experience is necessary - you simply need a desire to move and be healthy!

Ages 18+.  Alcohol/drug free.  No street shoes.

$5 fee.
