From Roberto Villamarin:

Dear Friends and dancers,

When we were planning the 2012 activities for UWDG in Sequim, we had to face additional responsibilities as family members, corporate America professionals, dancers, entrepreneurs, and we found ourselves sadly tempted to cancel our activities in Sequim during the winter season. However, because of your friendship, support and encouragement, our students’ commitment to quality of dancing, our talented friend Sonja Hickey and the kind determination of my dear wife Karen, I am pleased to announce our continuation of activities during the 2012 year.

Our unbreakable and clear purpose to unite and develop what we called the new “Sequim Dance Scene”, keep us on the search, incorporation and education of new dancers and the pursuance of a more integrated community based on our principles of equality and diversity. United We Dance Global is only a facilitator, humble leader and organizer of this unifying goal and will end its work on the Peninsula only when we can state that the fellowship of dance in Sequim and its area of influence is sustaining activities from the inside out, when the actions will be developed from, to and by the community.

Let us make of this 2012, our best dance year ever!

Following is the description of the classes to be offered, beginning January 16th, 2012, where we are returning to a venue very dear to us, the Gardiner Community Center! :) We very much enjoyed our time at the lovely Sequim Elks Lodge last year , but the Gardiner Community Center will allow us to pass along an amazing winter value to you all (check out the new prices and class offerings below...we think you'll be pleased!). Gather your friends, family, neighbors, and anybody who's ever wanted to get out on a dance floor, and we'll help you all keep those New Year's Resolutions to incorporate fun, learning, quality social time, a new skill, and activities that support mental, physical, and emotional well being into your lives for 2012. :)

We are in Sequim to be at your service!
