Jim Nyby and the "F" Street Band Kick Off the 2012-2013 OPD Dance Calendar at the Port Townsend Elks September 21st
Olympic Peninsula Dance kicks off its 17th season on Friday, September 21 at the Elks Club with a benefit swing dance featuring, and contributed by, the Jim Nyby & the F Street Band plus silent auction. A Country Waltz lesson begins at 7:00pm, followed by Nyby’s Band at 8:00pm. Both are open to the public
Stickshift Annie with Kimball and the Fugitives Play for Olympic Peninsula Dance November 19th
Red-hot blues and swing dancing come to the Port Townsend Elks on Friday, November 19 from 8 to 11 p.m. with a visit from the Seattle powerhouse band, Stickshift Annie with Kimball and the Fugitives. The dance, which is open to all, is sponsored by Olympic Penninsula Dance.

As part of the annual Classic Mariners' Regatta weekend, the Northwest Maritime Center is hosting a dance Saturday night June 8, from 8-12, featuring The Better Half. They're a very popular Port Townsend band, and play really danceable music.
